All prices are listed and all transactions are processed in Jamaican Dollars (JA$) through secure gateway provider First Atlantic Commerce. Transactions are not stored or processed on our servers.
We take pride in our desserts and cakes. On a few occasions a year we have an unsatisfied customer. If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of pick-up) of your concern and return your dessert to us. We will give you credit or refund for the amount returned for use toward a future purchase.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. We accept weekday cancellations by phone or email prior to 2:00 pm, 3 business days before your event. All changes must be handled directly with a manager and confirmed by one of the owners. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given, as stated above, due to costs incurred in the purchase, priority and preparation of the order.
Charges for cancellations after the above time will be as follows: 25% of the entire order will be charged for cancellations 48 hours prior to the event and 100% of the entire order will be charged for canceling the order after that time. It is entirely up to our discretion, to change or otherwise offer any other options to the customer. Special orders (Highly Decorated Cakes) that are not picked up will NOT be refunded. Orders that require delivery and cannot be delivered due to customer’s wrong information or availability will be taken back to Pastry Passions and stored until further notice from customer.
Should you require a future delivery date, you will be held responsible for an additional delivery charge. Because of the nature of our business and our quality and freshness assurance, we will dispose of any cake, cupcake, baked item that is not picked up or delivered within 48 hours after the due time and you will NOT be refunded due to the above rules.
Changes to this Statement
Please note that this Policy and the price list may be subject to modifications and change without notice.
Pastry Passions reserves the right to post photographs/ images of any of our work on our website and other social media sites (with the exception of images showing the faces of customers without their prior written permission)
We may also send you emails about our website, new offerings and other updates. Delivery Policy We ship via a list of approved courier services in the Corporate Area of Jamaica.
While Pastry Passions does not require a signature for your delivery, we can only guarantee the quality of our product if it is received by the shipping time selected by the customer at the time of purchase. Drivers will only leave the package at a recipient’s door, or other secure location, if the driver believes it is ‘safe’ and reasonable to do so. For this reason it is also necessary for customers to notify a gift recipient of their sweet surprise before the date of delivery.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship baked goods outside of Jamaica due to customs restrictions.
Any Applicable Fees or Charges Permitted by Local Law
