Reporting Relationship: Store Manager


Summary of Position:  

A position requiring a high degree of honesty, integrity, initiative and excellence in customer service. Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival and manage the efficient and timely service of our guests.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival.
  • Order fulfilment
  • Accommodate special requests for guests whenever possible.
  • Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.


  • No previous bakery experience required
  • Be able to working in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
  • Be able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Must have excellent grooming, communication and guest relations skills and be available to work a flexible schedule.
  • MUST have at least four (4) CXC subjects, including English & Math
  • Computer proficiency preferred
  • MUST possess a valid Food Handler’s Permit
